This beautiful and well-maintained villa is located in the former villa district Bauerstrasse, Gartenstrasse and Brahmsstrasse. “Ultrasound pioneer” and high-frequency physicist Dr. Friedrich Dussik (14 November 1910 – 4 May 1988) and his family once lived in this villa.
Some of these beautiful and splendid villas in the neighboring Gartenstrasse were razed at the end of the 1970’s. In its place, a large-sized heart rehabilitation center, which belongs to the Vinzenz Group and the Social Insurance Company for the Self-Employed, was built.
