A beautiful villa on the edge of Kurpark garden. Like the Schodterer Villa, it dates back to the time when building plots were available in this area.
The villa was built in historicism style, with gables and a little corner tower.
In 1896, the villa was constructed and belonged to Georg and Hedwig Schodterer. In 1930, Leopold Wiesinger bought part of the building which he later fully inherited.
