In 1917, Ernst Grün, son of a banker, purchased the villa on Bauerstrasse. Together with their daughter Mini, the Grün family spent the summers in Ischl. In 1924, Ernst Grün died. In 1928, his widow Hilda married Dr. Leo Willet, also a banker who had also stayed in Ischl when a child.
In 1938, Hilda Willet sold the villa, being Jewish not voluntarily. After the war, there were long and difficult negotiations applying the Austrian Restitution Acts.
Today, the name "Villa Lucia" can be read on the facade of this villa, which is in good condition.
