The memorial stones commemorate the 7th World Scout Jamboree which took place in 1951 on the golf course grounds and on adjacent grounds to the north and east. About 14,000 scouts from all over the world gathered here.

The middle stone was set in 1954. The flanking stones followed on the occasion of the anniversaries in 1991 and 2001. The stone on the right shows the logo of the Jamboree, a stylized Jew's harp with the fleur-de-lis.
