Auböckplatz 5
The first bathing facility with brine water was designed by the Viennese architect Franz Xaver Lössl. Despite various alterations, the character of a Greek temple has been preserved. Its name ("Trinkhalle", which means “Drinking Hall”) comes from the drinking therapies that patients received in that building.
Today, the building houses the tourist office of Bad Ischl. Both side wings are used for events and exhibitions.
